By age, counted from the day you got your egg. Eggs collected before 14 Feb all hatch together on Valentine's Day (later eggs hatch in 3 days). If you start early, your pet becomes a teen around Heart's birthday (8 Apr) and is fully grown around the anniversary (6 Dec).
I joined late. Will my pet catch up?
Yes! Use "grow-fast snacks" (paid with coins) or join projects and missions for bonus days. Before big events the team gives everyone bonus days too.
When do I pick the species? Can I change it?
You pick puppy, kitty or piggy when the egg hatches. You can only pick once.
What if I don't visit for a while?
Nothing bad happens. Your pet never gets sick or sad and keeps growing; you just miss the check-in coins.
I played in 2026. Do I get anything?
HEARTLAXY star owners get a star pin for any species, and everyone who rode the train with us gets a train-ticket stamp.
Can I play without having played in 2026?
Of course! Start right at the train station, no need to know last year's story.
